COLLECTION & DELIVERY

Collection Goods
Large items such as appliances, lawnmowers, coal bunkers, stoves etc., may be collected from our yard or stockroom Monday to Saturday from 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. As our yard and stockrooms are closed on Sundays we are unable to facilitate collections from either on that day. If you are collecting any solid fuel stove, your vehicle must be capable of being loaded by forklift. For health and safety reasons manual loading of stoves is prohibited.

Delivery Charge
All products are supplied on a pay and collect basis. A nominal charge will be applied to all deliveries.

Delivery
Goods will be delivered into the main entrance of the address agreed. When we are requested to carry or man-handle the goods up or down stairs or steps, manouver them through narrow passageways or into difficult to access places, we accept no liability for any damage to the goods being delivered, or to your property, which may result from acceding to your request. Items being collected by us under the free take-back scheme must be disconnected and ready for pick-up adjacent to the main entrance. We accept no liability for any damage which may result from complying with your request to remove free take-back items from any place other than inside the main entrance.

Delivery Times
At the time of purchase we’ll agree a delivery date with you. Because of the need to load and plan the delivery route, because of traffic and other unforeseeable delays we will be unable to give you the exact delivery time. However, we will phone you on the day of delivery or the evening before, if possible, and give you the expected delivery time.

Flexi-Fi is a retail instalment payment plan facility, an easy alternative to paying with cash or credit card for your goods. Whether it’s a new microwave, washing machine, American style fridge freezer, stove, lawnmower, TV or anything else in the store, Flexi-Fi is there to make finance simple! Flexi-Fi allows you to buy now and pay later using your Flexi-Fi approval.

It’s all about you – you’re in total control. You select the goods; you select the amount; you select the plan; you have full access to your Flexi-Fi account via your very own self-serve portal. You can even pay out your purchase early without any additional fees or charges. Like we said, it’s all about you!

Flexi-Fi like to know their customers so to apply, you complete a simple, quick and easy online application form on your mobile phone or mobile device. Apply from home, at the office or in-store – it’s your choice. Please make sure that you are NOT using Internet Explorer when applying.

Depending on the chosen plan, there may be an application fee required up front upon approval and a monthly fee to run your account. These fees are included in your credit and payment schedules; itemised on your payment schedule so you know exactly how much you are paying. Providing you stick to your payment schedule, you know exactly how many payments you need to make and the total amount payable throughout your Flexi-Fi payment term.

Plans, rates and offers vary so best to check in-store for the best Flexi-Fi offer.

Flexi-Fi likes to keep in touch so will send you SMS messages and emails throughout your application and time with us. Having a mobile phone number and email address is required to enjoy the benefits of Flexi-Fi.

To apply for Flexi-Fi, all you need is a valid email address, your mobile phone number and meet the following minimum criteria:

  • Provide proof of PPS number & Address   
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be an Irish citizen or permanent resident of Ireland
  • Earn a minimum taxable income of €21,000 per year
  • Have a current credit / debit card and a Photo ID
  • Have a good credit history

During your Flexi-Fi assessment, we may ask you to provide additional documents such as a recent bank statement, utility bill or payslip to support your application.

Once Flexi-fi has all the information needed, you’ll receive a credit decision within minutes! It’s that simple!

Adult Presence
For security reasons we are unable to deliver to premises where there is no adult present.

Nobody Home
For security reasons we are unable to deliver to premises which is unoccupied. An adult key holder will need to be present to check and sign for the goods being delivered.

Appliance removal
When delivering your new appliance the deliver will take away your old appliance on a one-for-one, like-for-like basis free of charge. We are happy to remove old appliances provided:

  • They do not pose a Health and Safety risk and are readily available for collection.
  • Home laundry appliances and Dishwashers are empty, disconnected from mains electricity and water supply and free of excess water
  • Refrigeration items are empty, fully disconnected and completely defrosted.
  • Cookers are empty, disconnected and externally clean.

Old Appliances not ready
If your old appliance is not ready for collection when we deliver your new appliance, you can return it to us directly within 30 days of the date of delivery. Alternatively, you may bring it to any approved Recycling Centre. Our closest recycling centre for electrical appliances is the Wexford County Council Civic Amenity Site at Hewitsland, New Ross which is situated across the road from our premises.

All appliances collected are disposed of in accordance with EU regulations.

Free Parking

When you visit us you’ll have free, easy parking for as long as you need, any time, any day. There are plenty of dedicated disabled and parent and child spaces and with no footpaths steps, barriers or ramps to negotiate getting in and out is as easy as can be. If you’re collecting heavy or bulky items, just drive around the back and we’ll load them for you.
