  • 5kg box of white sugarpaste
  • Small packet of modelling paste x 1
  • Small straight edge knife
  • Small and large rolling pin
  • Straight edge smoother x 1
  • Cocktail sticks
  • Fine sugar shaker and icing sugar for dusting
  • Food colours blue, pink, peach, green, yellow and brown
  • Pastry brush and a small paintbrush
  • Ziplock bags/freezer bags
  • Notepad and pen, apron, j cloth x 2 and a tea towels

Week 1

  • 8 inch hexagonal cake dummy
  • 10 inch round cake drum and 10 inch round cake box
  • 8 inch square thin board
  • Flower foam pad
  • Garrett frill cutter (round)

  • Plunger blossom cutters

Week 2

  • 6 inch sq madeira/sponge cake
  • 14 inch oval cake drum and 14” cake box
  • 80z butter cream and small amount of jam

Week 3

  • 8 inch round x 4 inch high cake dummy
  • 5 inch round x 4 inch high cake dummy
  • 11 inch round cake drum
  • Pack of dowel supports

Week 4

  • We will use equipment from weeks 1, 2 and 3
